About Us
Gaborone is for every LGBTQ+ME person on the continent. We form part of an inclusive, multi-faceted community that builds individual and collective pride beyond the actual pride celebrations, liberating every person in our diverse community to live their most authentic life.
- We are a organization that was registered on 18 May 2018. The mandate is to organize the annual Gaborone Pride event and to plan and facilitate the buildup and fund raising for the event with an emphasis on sustainability. We are in collaboration with Pride of Africa which forms part of an inclusive, multi-faceted community that builds individual and collective pride beyond the actual pride celebrations, liberating every person in their diverse community to live their most authentic lives.
